#2. Fee Agreement for our services outlined for yours and
our records.
The agree amount that you will pay us if and when we are successful in your
appeal.
When you click the next page there will be a link that says
POA once you click this link it will open in a PDF document it will include the
POA and The Fee agreement.
Once you have both of these documents you must print sign and get notarized the
POA fax, scan or bring to our office ASAP, there are deadlines we must meet and
IF we do not get your POA we cannot represent and negotiate or file your
appeal.
Additionally:
#3. If you didn’t fill in all your rents/ information we MUST have this in order to negotiate your Tax Value. If you do not give this to us we will be forced to use averages and this may not help your case as much. It is your responsibility to get us the data and information we need so we may successfully represent you and get your property tax value lowered.
#4. If your property is a Rental and it has a Homestead on
it for the year you are asking us to appeal we will either NOT file or withdraw
this property from the appeal process. We will however file the future year
for you so when the homestead does drop off you can have an appeal in place to
help reduce your tax liability as your liability my double and MORE than what
the current tax payment is with a homestead.
Please DO NOT contact us to ask questions about your homestead please contact
the Auditor’s office directly as Homesteads are NOT part of appealing your “Tax
Value” and we have nothing to do with this. But we do believe that
you are at risk and want you to be aware of this so that you can take the
appropriate steps on your part.
